Town agendas name applicant John Joyce. A separate Lake George Mirror feature (August 19, 2026) profiles Erin Joyce and Tyler Wojcik and an existing Adirondack Lakeside Getaways cabin operation elsewhere. That Mirror article does not state that AV #7-2026 is an expansion of that business. Lake George Land does not equate John Joyce on the Town agenda with the Mirror cabin operators absent a primary Town document saying so.
